Well-formed decision relevance diagram

A well-formed decision relevance diagram (WFDRD) is a well-formed relevance diagram with at least one decision node directly or indirectly influencing a value node, satisfying both the single-decision-maker and the no-forgetting conditions. Unlike a decision tree network, a WFDRD may require reversal operations to yield a recommendation for action.
