Decision Maker

The decision maker is the individual responsible for allocating the valuable resources about which a decision is being made. For ethical reasons, decision analysis requires that these resources either belong to the decision-maker or that the owner(s) of the resources has (have) empowered the decision-maker to allocate them with the best interests of their owner(s) in mind.
