Well-formed relevance diagram

A well-formed relevance diagram (WFRD) is a syntactically correct, completely assessed relevance diagram whose nodes have fully consistent structural, functional, and numerical descriptions, including alternatives (decision nodes), outcomes (chance nodes), and probability distributions (chance nodes).
