Linking
Linking
In editing a relevance diagram, linking is the operation that draws an arrow from one node (the source node) to another (the destination node). Linking two nodes should not be confused with the similarly named operation of arrow addition, which involves expanding the destination node's probability distribution. Linking two nodes invalidates the probability distribution associated with the destination node. The resulting relevance diagram is not decision-equivalent to the original.
