The Flaw of Averages Will Live On

In 2009 Sam Savage published his book, The Flaw of Averages, and very good it is too. I will be reviewing it when I have a moment. Take a look, though, at Sam’s interview by Reason.tv. What’s most amusing (or frightening) are the comments.

Clearly the YouTube generation is full of people who just don’t get it, but who also aren’t afraid to display their lack of intellect in public because it is their right to be opinionated. The next financial crisis is just a matter of waiting for the dumbed-down to rise to positions of seniority, where they can really screw things up...
