Conditioning Arrow

In a relevance diagram, a conditioning arrow (or conditioning arc) is an arrow that terminates on a chance node. A conditioning arrow indicates that the uncertain variable represented by the chance node at its head probabilistically depends on the outcome of the variable represented by the node at its tail.
